There are two easy options to purchase your Official Supporter Club Pass

The Official Supporter Club area is allocated on the North Hill (General Admission). However, in the case that the North Hill is at capacity, subsequent areas will be allocated for Official Supporter Clubs.

Official Supporter Club Passes will grant you access to 6 home games of your choice (excluding finals series) throughout the 2016/17 season. You will not be required to nominate your games of choice. Your barcode will be activated for 6 games. As soon as you have attended the sixth match, your pass will be de-activated.

If your friends hold a General Admission Membership, you are welcome to sit with them in General Admission areas.

Absolutely! We encourage you to recruit as many friends and family as possible, so that you can attend the matches together and assist raising as many funds as possible for your Club.

Yes, and you will receive the same 6 game pass as anyone else, though you will have to nominate another Football Club to receive the commission that your Club should get. We recommend asking your Club President to join so that they get the benefit.

You can purchase your Official Supporter Club Pass via VISA or MasterCard. You will have the option of paying for your pass in one lump sum or you can spread your payment across 10 monthly instalments commencing with the first payment on receipt of your 2016/17 Official Supporter Club Pass application, with 9 further instalments deducted on the 28th of each month commencing 28th July 2016 and ending 28th March 2017. If you join from 28th June using the monthly payment option your first deduction will equal the sum of months passed to bring you into line with the payment plan.

Information regarding registered coaches free official supporter club passes will be sent by Northern NSW Football. Any questions in relation to these passes should be directed to Northern NSW Football.

If you wish to cancel your Official Supporter Club Pass, please contact Jets Membership Services on (02) 4088 8004. Official Supporter Club Passes will not be refunded.

A junior must be under the age of 16 as of 1st January 2017.

Children under five years of age are not required to have a pass, however they must not occupy a seat and will need to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian. If the child requires a seat, a Membership needs to be purchased for them.

The arrival of your Official Supporter Club Pass will depend on when you purchase it. However the first delivery date for Card/s is September 2016.

The Newcastle Jets Members' service office is located at the Northern end of the Western Entrance and is staffed 90 minutes prior to the start of the match and will close at the time of kick-off.

You will need to queue at the Membership services office located at the Northern Western end of the main entrance with photo identification and request a replacement ticket. A $5 administration fee will apply. Your pass will remain valid for all the other matches throughout the season.

To report a lost or stolen card, please contact Newcastle Jets Membership Services on (02) 4088 8004. A replacement card will be issued (subject to a replacement fee of $20)
